Policies

What's Provided in the Session

  • We provide you with a rackets, balls and training equipment when booking any service with us

Session Rescheduling

  • Each member can reschedule up to 2 sessions per package, provided it's done at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If you miss the session without notifying the member relations manager, the session will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

Payment & Refund Policy

  • No refunds are offered after payment, due to the commitment to scheduled sessions.

  • Rescheduling will be available only if the cancellation is from our side.

 

Session Duration

  • Adult sessions 55 minutes 

  • kids individual sessions 30 minutes 
  • kids group sessions 55 minutes 



 

Usage Deadline

Each package has a specific validity period, and all sessions must be used within that time.
